Is it possible to return/exchange a product after having purchased it?
Yes, it is possible to return items that have not been used and are in perfect condition, with their respective receipt/invoice and original packaging. We will only refund the value of the item, via bank transfer, when returning it.

AC91 Vestuário LDA does not cover shipping or return shipping costs.

AC91 Vestuário LDA is responsible for replacing damaged items, if it is not the result of misuse and provided that the complaint has been presented and justified in good time (14 days).

In this case, we are also responsible for paying the return costs.

How can I return an item?

The simplest way to return an item is to our Belle Époque store.
If you do not have the opportunity, you can do so by returning the item to our headquarters. Items that have not been used must be in perfect condition (not used, with tags and original packaging) and with their respective receipt. After checking all the data, you have 14 days after the day you receive the item to return it to the following address:

Orders returned for collection will not be accepted and we are not responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and returns of items that are in good condition. This expense must be borne by the Customer, as well as the initial transportation cost.
