Is it possible to return/exchange a product after purchasing it?
Yes, it is possible to return unused items in perfect condition, with their respective receipt/invoice and original packaging. We will only refund the value of the item, via bank transfer, when you return it.

AC91 Vestuário LDA does not cover shipping costs for sending or returning items.

AC91 Vestuário LDA is responsible for replacing damaged items, provided the damage is not a result of misuse and the complaint has been submitted and justified in a timely manner (14 days).

In this case, we are also responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

How can I return an item?

The simplest way to return an item is at our Belle Époque store.
If you are unable to do so, you can return the item to our headquarters. Unused items must be in perfect condition (not used, with tags and original packaging) and with their respective receipt. After verifying all data, you have 14 days from the day of receiving the item to return it to the following address:

Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and returns of items that are in good condition. This expense must be borne by the Customer, as well as the initial shipping cost.
